Licensing behavior
The NinjaPanel agent should validate the license at startup and periodically after that. The default polling interval is 60 minutes. A signed entitlement is cached locally so a short licensing-service outage does not break the panel.
Expired, suspended, or revoked licenses restrict management access. Customer websites, Nginx, PHP, databases, and other hosted services should continue running.
